La carrera ProFuturo, el proyecto de innovación educativa con tecnología impulsado por Fundación Telefónica y la Fundación La Caixa, vivió aye r su décimo aniversario con récord de participación en las calles de Madrid.
La Carrera ProFuturo nació en el año 2016 con un objetivo claro: correr por la educación.
La carrera solidaria se enmarca dentro de ProFuturo, el programa internacional de Fundación Telefónica y Fundación “la Caixa” que busca reducir brechas y transformar entornos vulnerables mediante innovación educativa y tecnología.
ProFuturo is the international programme for educational innovation with technology for social transformation, promoted by Fundación Telefónica and Fundación “la Caixa”. Since 2016 it has promoted quality digital education in vulnerable environments, improving the opportunities of thousands of children and teachers around the world, with solid evidence demonstrating its real impact.
ProFuturo is an example of how European philanthropic cooperation, working together with different multilateral organisations and partners, can drive global solutions that, thanks to cutting-edge technologies and educational innovation, reduce gaps and transform communities.
ProFuturo’s work is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, directly contributing to SDGs 1, 4, 10, 16 and 17, and its theory of change is in line with the Common Framework for Digital Transformation developed by UNESCO’s Digital Transformation Collaborative (DTC).
